About the artist: A textile designer and illustrator based in Stockholm, Malin is recognised for her intricate designs featuring flora and fauna. Working in gouache and graphite pencil, she takes her inspiration from vintage botanical illustrations and the patterns of the Arts & Crafts movement, conjuring images rich in magic and wonder. With a focus on colour and texture, Malin creates lush, ethereal pieces that transport the viewer to a world of natural beauty, evoking a sense of calm and serenity.

“Birds in Flower” is a fine art giclée print of Malin Gyllensvaan’s original gouache on watercolor paper, on 310gsm Hahnemühle Hemp paper.

Option to purchase framed or unframed in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1. Collagerie loves to pair this limited edition print with a thin 10mm FSC approved oak frame, hand-painted in black and cut with a deckled edge. Collagerie's recommended frames are handmade to order in Somerset, England. If you wish to purchase the framed option, please allow 3 weeks for the craftsmanship involved. If you wish to purchase the unframed option, please allow 5 business days for production and delivery of your print.
