About the artist: Exhibited internationally, Lauri’s assemblages bring together discarded objects, collage and painting to create bold, graphic compositions. From book covers to sweet wrappers, the found objects she gathers form the starting point for geometric works inspired by mid-century architecture and abstract art. Lauri views her process as a balancing act, searching for the sweet spot where the shapes, textures and colours combine. The results are nostalgic yet fresh, powerful yet celebratory.

“Peer” is a fine art giclée print of Lauri Hopkins’ original collage created using emulsion, ink and found paper, on 310gsm Hahnemühle Hemp paper.

Option to purchase framed or unframed in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1. Collagerie loves to pair this limited edition print with a two-toned 13mm FSC approved oak frame, hand-painted in "Heat" by Little Greene and "Dayroom Yellow" by Farrow and Ball. Collagerie's recommended frames are handmade to order in Somerset, England. If you wish to purchase the framed option, please allow 3 weeks for the craftsmanship involved. If you wish to purchase the unframed option, please allow 5 business days for production and delivery of your print.
