About the artist: Working between studios in Germany and San Francisco, Katja Leibenath is an artist deeply in touch with her surroundings. Her paintings take many months to create, and from vast landscapes to solitary figures, the results reveal a rich build-up of texture and colour that captures the changing light of the seasons. Known for working on many canvases at once, Leibenath challenges herself constantly, driven by the conviction that “good painting can never be easy”. Such commitment to creativity has garnered her a devoted following worldwide.

“Imaginary Friend #102” is a fine art giclée print of Katja Leibenath’s original work created with oil paint on canvas, on 310gsm Hahnemühle Hemp paper.

Limited to an edition of 50.

Available to purchase framed or unframed in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1. Collagerie loves to pair this limited edition print with an FSC approved tulip wood frame, spray finished in farrow and ball “Pointing”. Collagerie's recommended frames are handmade to order in Somerset, England. If you wish to purchase the framed option, please allow 3 weeks for the craftsmanship involved. If you wish to purchase the unframed option, please allow 5 business days for production and delivery of your print.
