Wireless rechargeable lamp

The founding idea for the PL collection dates back to 2020, when George Sowden discovered the plastic virtues of silicone. Fascinated by its ability to diffuse light in a soft, expressive and vibrant way, the designer imagined a luminaire that was at once nomadic, intuitive and joyful. As soon as the lamp is switched on, silicone reveals a subtle Toy of transparency, texture and depth, transforming each lampshade into a moving sculpture of light. Colors illuminate, reliefs come to life, and light becomes matter.
