Tie-belt puffer coat

Short, padded coat in twill with a sheen. Shawl collar with a covered hook-and-eye fastener and a lining in soft, fluffy fabric that continues down the front. Wrapover front with a detachable, tubular tie belt in coated fabric at the waist. Raglan sleeves, welt front pockets and a jetted inner pocket. Elasticated drawstring with a cord stopper at the cuffs and hem to further enhance the puffy silhouette. Lined.
