The knockout flows and folds of Dishcloth speak volumes. These earrings follow the exquisite contours of an ordinary dishcloth slung slapdash over a kitchen counter. In so doing, they play on the artworld’s enduring marriage of whimsy, heart-on-sleeve emotion and court jestering when faced with socio-political upheaval.
