Tasseled ruffled cotton-poplin maxi dress

Andrés Otálora’s designs are not only inspired by his Colombian heritage, but each one is handmade locally in Cali by a team of female craftspeople. This dress is cut from breezy cotton-poplin and has braided straps tipped with swishy tassels. It has a loose fit and falls to a ruffled drop skirt.
