Strasbourg Fleurs hand-painted ceramic dessert plates (set of 4)

Patterned displays don’t always feature in Bourg-Joly Malicorne’s collections, but when they do, the results are quite something. For example, each petal and frond in the Strasbourg Fleurs series is painted free-hand on the raw enamel with a brush and oxide-based colours. As a result of this centuries-old technique, every piece is different to reflect the unique personality of the maker’s hand.
