Thus a hardwearing saddle leather has been selected. The curved shape of the seat invites you to relax on it, almost receiving an embrace. The design conceals a space for storing books.

This piece was produced in Spain under the instructions of Vincent Van Duysen. Available in solid oak and in stained ash and leather.

The wood becomes more beautiful and vibrant with every passing day. Time is its friend and may change its appearance. These irregularities that come with use, open grains or changes in colour confirm its authenticity. The imperfect perfection of natural French oak is part of its allure. Seeking as natural a look as possible, the wood has been treated with a wax coating. The materials are naked: they have nothing to hide.
