This design features an elegant black jackal dog atop a carved stone pediment. The dog is surrounded by ancient Egyptian artefacts, hieroglyphics and hand-painted stonework. The scene is framed by delicate gold and stone inlay, and has a baseline of colourful beads. Approximate translation of the hieroglyphics in Ode to Anubis from left to right: "Your heart is mine."
