Nopi hamper

You may notice that the recipes in NOPI are somewhat more complex than in previous books. The book is a blend of restaurant and home cooking — a collaboration between Yotam and Scully. From dried rose petals and barberries, to tamarind pulp and black glutinous rice of Southeast Asia, the NOPI hamper brings together both Yotam and NOPI’s pantries. We’ve added all the essentials to our NOPI hamper.
