Swing bell weight set

Work out with this stylish and practical alternative to the traditional kettlebell, the NOHrD Swing Tower Set. Included are four pairs of swing bells: 2, 4, 6, and 8 kg.

Each swing bell consists of a solid wood handle attached to a hand-stitched artificial leather case. For weight, each case contains tiny iron pellets that support the dynamic imbalance of your movement by shifting within the case - delivering extra stimulus for your joints, muscles and connective tissue.

The top of the tower can store exercise instruction cards or dock a tablet or smartphone to help you with your workouts.
