Glossy porcelain vase

The Colorful Confinement series emerged in 2019 as Luisa Maisel’s creative refuge during the pandemic. Handcrafted in Nice and entirely one of a kind, each hand-stained, hand-built and high-fired vase embodies a quiet dialogue between control and spontaneity, the fluid forms capturing the stillness within movement. During firing, the porcelain shifts and sways, a process both deliberate and unpredictable, resulting in shapes that feel alive with motion.
