This cocktail dress is reminiscent of couture styles favoured by the late dowager Duchess of Devonshire, Deborah Cavendish. It has a strapless bodice with a peplum, and a full skirt that hits just above the ankles. A green brushstroke-style background is layered with oversized florals in shades of pink, gold, and black.
