Johanna Ortiz based her eponymous brand in her hometown of Cali, Colombia, to celebrate its unique, colorful soul. Made from lightweight cotton with a sheer mesh construction, this flowing kaftan features a plunging V-neck, palm-embroidered motifs, and a tassel-trimmed self-tie at the neck.
