Alain Saint-Joanis uses rare, noble and precious materials for each cutlery collection. In the case of this series, 18/10 stainless steel and authentic bamboo are the chosen ones. Each piece is crafted and finished by the hands of skilled artisans in La Monnerie, France. The set includes: dinner knife (25cm / 10"), dinner fork (22cm / 9"), dinner spoon (22cm / 9"), and teaspoon (16.5cm / 6").
