Amie sparkling: crémant magnum
A crisp, sparkling Crémant, made in the same ‘traditional’ method as Champagne. This ‘brut’ is delicate with opulent acidity, citrus notes and creamy flavours on the finish. Made from vines that are over 40-years-old – in the historic appellation of Limoux – in the Pyrenean Foothills of southern France. This wine pairs well with seafood, scallops and aperitifs.
