Almeria handwoven water-resistant leather basket

Almost four decades ago in Bergamo, Italy, Alberto and Ezia Pinetti started to build the foundations of Pinetti brick by brick. Their project, which is now in the hands of its second generation—sons Lorenzo and Andrea—has come to represent the finest local Italian craft and leather at its most cutting edge. Illustrative of Pinetti’s expertise is the Almeria basket. It’s handwoven in Italy in eco-friendly regenerated leather strips that are water-resistant and easy to clean, and complete with two handles.
