From the Habitat archive - Originally made from terracotta, the Chicken Brick was first introduced in the 1960s. Now re-imagined by our in-house designer James Cottingham, it's made using durable stoneware with a matt black glaze. Formed to act like a mini-oven that steam cooks the food in its own moisture, the chicken brick will cook a whole chicken to perfection.
