The Extra cognac, derived from an elegant and rare blend of the distillery's oldest and most intense eaux-de-vie, is a testament to this. Each Grande Champagne and Borderies Crus is aged for almost 50 years in its native Jarnac to maximise its potential. Once opened, these intensely developed bottles emit a warming bouquet of wild violet, truffle, cedarwood and a glimpse of spicy fruit cake.
